Where do we get the stock from?
Our graded products come from customers who return the units, they are fully tested by our warehouse and then sorted to sell as graded products.
What makes a graded product?
When the products have been returned, our warehouse sorts them into two categories – Grade A and Grade B (defined below).
Grade A products – Our grade A products are fully working, with all parts included and come as ‘new’. The box the product comes in will have been opened, and marks from previous labels may still remain on the outer box.
Grade B products – Our grade B products are fully working, with all parts also included and might have small visible imperfections. The box the product comes in will have been opened, and you might see marks from the previous labels on the outer box.
All Graded products come with a 2 year warranty (5 year warranty for Graded MeacoDry Arete).
If an original product comes with a free HEPA filter, this will not be included in your graded product purchase.
