As we get to the end of our financial year and the end of another dehumidifier season we start to look back at what we have achieved and plan for the next season. Part of that process is a critical look
at how others perceive us so that we can learn from the reviews that customers post online and take on board the positives and the negatives.
Today I looked at the Trusted Shops reviews about Meaco which shows 337 reviews about our dehumidifiers, customer service and the experience of buying from our web shop and dealing with ourselves.
These are independent reviews collected by Trusted Shops with no intervention from ourselves. Of the 337 reviews on the site today (30th March 2016) we have an overall score of 4.86/5.00.
Trusted Shops only keep reviews live for 12 months, of those that are still live they break down as follows;
Excellent – 117
Good – 7
Poor – 2
Very poor – 1
I think that this is a fair reflection of the service that we strive to provide each and every customer and the challenge now is for us to maintain these standards going forward.
