7 fun things for £700

We have said that you can save £715 by choosing a Meaco dehumidifier (the MeacoDry Arete One 20L) compared to our competitors over 5 years of ownership. Here are some fun things that we would like to do if we have £700 extra rather than spending it on electricity:

1. You could go on an all inclusive holiday

If you have a look on certain websites (eg. TUI), you can fly out from London to Greece or Turkey or other countries for half the price of what you’ve saved. So saving money on your electricity bill from our dehumidifier can give you a chance to go on holiday!

2. Go to a spa 7 times

On average the cost of a spa day trip (with treatments) is around £100 pp. If you’re saving £700 with our dehumidifiers, then you’ll be able to get around 7 trips over the 5 years you’ve saved money.

3. Eat in a 5 star Michelin restaurant

In London there are quite a few high-end restaurants with renowned dishes, you could either go with your family for some tea or go for a meal by yourself to celebrate the money you’ve saved on electricity bills.

4. Stay one night in the Ritz

In non-peak times, the prices to stay in a room in the Ritz can come down to around £700, so if you want the experience of living like the super rich for one night and not worry about the extra pay on your bills, it’s something to try out.

5. Go on a 5-star safari in Tanzania

For the more adventurous, you can book a safari tour for one or more days in Tanzania. Instead of paying an extra £700 in the 5 years of running, you can instead splash out those savings on a safari trip.

6. Rent a Ferrari for one day

That’s right, for less than £700 a day you can rent a Ferrari. It depends on the model, but in general they cost half the price of what we’ve saved you in electricity costs over the 5 years.

7. Have 2 flying lessons (and still save money)

If you’re looking to live your pilot dream, then you can with the money you’ve saved from our dehumidifiers can book you 2 professional hours of flying lessons.

Of course these are just some fun suggestions we’d like to try out, as not only will you be saving £715 on your electricity bills, but you will be comfortable knowing that you have the best air quality in your home.
