Over the past week, our Meaco team have been under the bright trade show spotlights as we showcased for IFA Berlin 2023, the world’s largest consumer electronics and home appliances show. IFA Berlin has been integral in the world of technology since its inception in 1924, bringing together industry pioneers and innovative products all under one roof. We were surrounded by the likes of Samsung, HiSense, LG and more.
“This year’s IFA event was a huge success, we had a great reception for our latest ranges such as the MeacoDry Arete® Two and MeacoFan Sefte®. Our stand was busy with interest from both our existing distributors and new faces too. We’re looking forward to coming back in Berlin for IFA 2024 to continue showcasing the newest generations of Meaco products.” says Chris Michael, Managing Director at Meaco.
This year’s show championed our newest ranges, the MeacoFan Sefte® (launching in Europe Summer 2024), MeacoDry Arete Two® Dehumidifier and Air Purifier (launching in Europe Winter 2023) and new humidifiers as well.

Customers and distributors alike loved the improved and additional user-friendly features, especially Wi-Fi connectivity capability with the new Meaco app allowing you to activate via voice control! Arete® Two will be available in Europe at the end of 2023 and offers even more control and more insights into your home humidity than the Arete® One.

Launching in Europe in 2024, this range is even quieter and even more powerful than the already award-winning MeacoFan range. As with Arete® Two, customers were delighted to see that our latest air circulator range will also be on the brand new Meaco app, meaning you can use voice command via Alexa, Google and Siri. Plus, the new glow in the dark remote means that there’s no need to turn a light on to adjust the airflow in the middle of the night.

We also displayed our current customer favourites including the MeacoFan 1056, MeacoFan 260c, MeacoDry Arete® One Dehumidifier and Air Purifier and accessories such as the Arete® One drainage pump. We were able to showcase our brilliant awards like the Stiftung Warentest, Red Dot Design and Which? Best Buy accreditations.
The keys to IFA are the people and the conversations
Catching up with distributors and journalists from across the world, including Poland, Norway and South Africa, was key to our journey at IFA this year.
Meeting so many writers, reviewers and buyers meant we were able to showcase each product and our new advancements in home air treatment technology and engineering. This included speaking with the writers at T3 about the new MeacoFan Sefte® and the Kaufkompass (formerly AllesBeste) writer about the enhanced user settings on the Arete Two models which give you even more control.

Our factory and designers came to visit us at IFA Berlin
It’s not all about the journalists, either. Representatives from our leading design team and our factory came to visit as well, meeting to discuss the latest models and hear what customers and visitors had to say to ensure we were engineering products that are perfect for your home.

The Arete two is stated in the article to be available from the end of 2023, however there doesn’t seem to be any mention of this model on the website. When will it be availble to order?
