Following the success of the 10 and 12L ABC dehumidifiers Meaco is delighted to introduce the largest product in its ABC range, the MeacoDry ABC 20L compressor dehumidifier. Ideal for the busy family in medium to larger homes, this is an efficient and economical option to combatting mould, condensation and damp, as well as helping in the faster drying of a mountain of laundry.
An environmentally friendly dehumidifier, the ABC 20L uses R290 refrigerant which means it extracts more water from the air for less money. It is also one of Meaco’s quietest dehumidifiers at 44dB. Easy to use and set up it has a variable humidistat that allows you to put in whatever target humidity you want between 30 and 80%rh in 5%rh steps, and you have the flexibility to leave the machine running continuously for maximum drying. The control panel comes with a sleep mode that turns off any bleeps and maintains a low fan speed to minimise the noise level. Its energy saving features include a one touch Laundry mode which will run the dehumidifier at full speed for 6 hours before switching off. Positioning the dehumidifier close to washing on a rack, the dry air from the dehumidifier blows over the clothes and speeds up the drying process.
Its large 4.8 litre tank requires less frequent emptying, and there is an option to fit a hose to allow the water to drain away continuously so you never have to empty the tank at all. The MeacoDry ABC 20L also benefits from a Child Lock to stop little (or big) fingers from changing the machines settings!
