We are a fast-growing air treatment company that is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its team of 20. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working in Graphic Design.  

The role is for a Graphic Designer to help develop the brand in all its forms, subsequently bettering its communication with customers and solidifying itself as the UK’s leading air treatment specialists.  

The role is to work closely with the Brand Director in areas spanning from website redevelopment, marketing activity and social to sales material, product imagery and packaging design. 

The ideal candidate will be one who enjoys taking the creative lead, thrives on true end to end involvement, and is somebody who worries about the small details. You’ll have experience or a desire to work in a fast-growing eCommerce business and the willingness to make big changes with the help of a small team.

Responsibilities

In your role you would be responsible for:

Working closely with the Brand Director and an agency of developers to enhance both the UK and EU websites and blog. This will involve tasks such as designing whole product pages, designing individual landing pages, enhancing key selling points with graphical content etc
Product photography, videography and editing
Design and produce graphics for sales material, exhibition stands, presentations, marketing campaigns, email newsletters, instruction manuals etc

Design and produce content for all key social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. This will involve images, videos, stories and reels

Help develop the look and feel of the brand whilst driving creative solutions across all areas of the business

About you  

We are looking for a confident designer who is:  

  • Able to take creative lead and produce on brand content whilst developing the brand and helping to take it to the next level 
  • Has strong creative visualisation with excellent layout, typography, illustration and digital design skills 
  • Has a strong work ethic with key attention to detail – focuses on the small things and likes to see small tasks and big projects through to the very end 
  • Is a confident and social individual who is able to communicate well with key stakeholders within the company as well as external agencies 
  • Able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines and manage multiple briefs at once 

Experience 

  • Has a minimum of 3+ years experience working within Graphic Design 
  • Has exceptional Creative Suite skills with particular emphasis on Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator 
  • Is social media savvy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube 
  • Has product photography and editing experience (ideal but not required)  
  • Has experience in website design (ideal but not required) 
  • Has experience with product renders (ideal but not required) 
  • Has experience with video editing (ideal but not required)

The ideal candidate would come into the office twice a week, however, for the right candidate there is the opportunity to work remotely with an office visit once or twice a month.
