There are two dehumidifiers in our award winning Platinum Range of low energy dehumidifiers. The Meaco 12L Low Energy Dehumidifier and the Meaco 20L Low Energy Dehumidifier.
There are differences between the two dehumidifiers, below are the technical and cosmetic differences between the two machines.

So the major differences are that the Meaco 20L Low Energy Dehumidifier does everything that the 12 litre version does with the edition of a second fan speed, rotating louvre, larger front facing tank, castors and of course a larger extraction rate.

Hi, have a two bedroom Victorian terrace but the humidity levels are extremely high (70%) and the house suffers with damp or condensation. Whilst my house is small, I wondered whether I should get the 20l, rather than the 12l because of the moisture. What do you think, please? Thanks
Marty,
Thank you for your enquiry. Choosing a larger capacity unit like the 20L over the 12L is perfectly fine. The higher capacity also means higher airflow, extracting moisture faster, so it can be more effective in dealing with high humidity and condensation. You can’t go wrong with a bigger unit for your situation.
Hope that helps,
Omar@Meaco
I am building a 90sq container home in Struisbaai Western Cape. 2bed 2 bath rest open plan. Which Maeco unit is best to buy
Marius,
I would buy the Meaco 12L-AH dehumidifier which is available locally here – https://www.solencosa.co.za/shop-online/remove-moisture-from-your-environment/dehumidifier-meaco-12l-ah#1

Which would you recommend as a whole house dehumidifier for a 3 bed bungalow (floor space 70 sq m) plus drying clothes in winter?
Thanks.
Hi Emily. Go for the 20L Low Energy dehumidifier, you will not be disappointed.
Thank you for the quick reply.
After watching and reading lots about dehumidifiers, we were edging towards the 20l over the 12L as the safer bet. It’s not a large property but can get lots of condensation and a little mould in the winter and there is no tumble dryer; so will order the 20L. Thanks again
