What you have been saying about Meaco Customer Service

The team at Meaco work very, very hard to try and delivery outstanding customer service to keep customers happy and to ensure that everyone has a positive experience when they buy Meaco.

We live in the real world and sometimes things gone wrong with machines and sometimes we make mistakes, but we try our best to put everything right and it is lovely when we recive emails thanking us for our efforts.  Below is a recent cross section from our mailboxes.

Dear Mr Michael,
Great customer service should be recognised and I want to share with you some outstanding service I have just got from Rosemary Chan in your Customer Service Department.

A couple of months ago, after some research, I bought a Meaco DD8L Junior Dehumidifier. It came out tops in ‘Which’ tests and was a ‘best buy’. I’m not surprised as it is an excellent product and works brilliantly. That is, it did until I took the filter off and through my own clumsiness managed to break the filter cover.

So I contacted your customer services and Rosemary responded immediately and sent me a replacement. She dealt with the problem in a very efficient and friendly way and the replacement cover arrived within days so I’m now (well, the dehumidifier is) up and running again.

As a result of both Rosemary’s outstanding service and the quality of the dehumidifier I have just bought two of your Meaco Mini-D dehumidifiers for a couple of cupboards. I’ve also recommended your Junior product to a friend who will be buying one.

Congratulations on employing top staff and well done to Rosemary.

Regards,
Dean

Hi Toqeer,

I wanted to say thanks for your assistance in getting my dehumidifier repaired and returned. I can confirm it’s in good condition now. You can be sure that I will stick with meaco products should I need to replace my current product, and I’ll definitely be recommending your products to friends and family.

Thanks once again for the excellent customer service and best wishes.

Regards,

Des

Hello, we now have the unit back and working.

Thank you for your help and good customer service.
Problems happen but it is the sorting that is important.
Thanks again

Jeanette

Dear Chris & Michelle,

First of all congratulations on your products. I am a proud owner of a Meaco DD8L dehumidifier for the last 9 months and as a father of a 19-month old daughter and a second one on the way (due to be delivered at the end of March 2015) I have to say that the DD8L saved my family from the dampness and humidity that we faced in the previous years.

The product itself is very robust and well-built and the noise level is acceptable. Also, the size is great compared to the space it can dehumidify.

OK, ready to go, sat in our porch.
I have added “Laskett Lane” to our address officially as properties out in the sticks are difficult to find!

I must say that to find a firm even interested in products out of warranty is astonishing, and so a big thank you!

My number is

The box is in our porch.

Hi Rosemary,

Brilliant service! I’m more delighted than ever that I chose your Company’s product.

As I say, not having run a dehumidifier before, I wasn’t sure how long to expect the unit to run continuously after first switch-on, though I understood from the instruction manual that a certain humidity level would need to be reached before the humidistat itself kicked-in & the unit went into a ‘monitoring’ cycle. Just goes to show how much moisture builds-up in a single house over time that needs to be dealt with! And that it’s a common question asked of you.

I’m now totally reassured by reading the blog & thank-you once again for your prompt, informative response.

Kindest regards,

Neil
