The Meaco Customer Experience

Everyday customers are kind enough to write to us to thank us for our customer service.  It could be to do with a problem we have sorted or the advice that we have given to help a new customer decide which dehumidifier to buy.  I am very proud of our Meaco customer service team here, they have all been with Meaco for several years now and their product knowledge is exceptional and they work very hard for the customers to get their queries sorted.

Dear Annette and Chris,

Just thought that I would drop you a line following a couple of days use of the recently purchased DD8L.  While we have a double glazed and cavity wall insulated home, we did not think that it was over damp.  Just a bit of condensation on the lower couple of inches (I prefer ‘old money’) of some of the windows.

We were amazed at the amount of water collected after a 2 hour run at the lowest setting, about a third full.  The air seems fresher and the heating boiler does not seem to run for as long (wish-full thinking perhaps?).  We have yet to see what happens to the black mould in the bathroom that I have run a constant battle with over a number of years.  Spiteful little beggars always come back after a short rest!!!

We are, so far very impressed with the unit and would recommend it to any of our friends who we hear complain about the damp as the winter progresses.

Does what it says on the box, so far, so good.  If it continues, the 10 out of 5.
